Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Scrum Master/Prorgram Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving Agile practices within large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation efforts-especially platform modernization. This role is critical in guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Agile principles are followed.

Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery of technology modernization goals.

Drive continuous improvement in team processes, performance, and Agile maturity.

Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress, and escalate when appropriate.

Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile best practices to foster a high-performing Agile culture.

Support enterprise-level Agile transformation efforts and help scale Agile frameworks where necessary.

Provide transparency into project status, team health, and delivery metrics using tools like Jira, Confluence, and others.

Required Qualifications:

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architecture, APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and related technical topics.

Proven success managing Agile teams in large-scale, enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent experience in the financial services industry.

Previous experience working at Fidelity Investments (FMR) with positive references.

Familiarity with the BFSI sector, including companies like Charles Schwab, bank, Vanguard, or Brokerage.

Experience with major platform modernization projects or legacy-to-cloud transitions.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.
