We are seeking a

highly skilled Technical Scrum Master/Program Manager

with a strong technical background and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will drive

Agile practices

within large-scale, enterprise-level

digital transformation initiatives , with a focus on

platform modernization . This role will work with cross-functional teams, guiding them to deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with business goals. Requirements Act as Scrum Master for

one or more Agile teams , facilitating all standard Scrum ceremonies and ensuring that

Agile principles

are followed. Provide leadership and coaching to

Agile teams

in their

continuous improvement

and

Agile maturity . Support the

product owner

and collaborate with

architects

and

engineering teams

to ensure alignment and successful delivery of

technology modernization goals . Agile Practices & Continuous Improvement: Drive

continuous improvement

in team processes, performance, and

Agile maturity . Identify and resolve

impediments

that hinder team progress and escalate issues as necessary. Guide

teams and stakeholders

in

Agile best practices , promoting a high-performing

Agile culture . Project Management & Transparency: Provide

transparency

into project status,

team health , and

delivery metrics

using tools like

Jira ,

Confluence , and others. Support

enterprise-level Agile transformation

efforts and help scale

Agile frameworks

where necessary. Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and collaborate with

cross-functional teams

across multiple domains, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives. Support stakeholders and team members in identifying and overcoming challenges. Required Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss

architecture ,

APIs ,

CI/CD ,

cloud platforms , and related technical topics. Agile Experience: Proven success in

managing Agile teams

for large-scale, enterprise-wide

digital transformation initiatives . Expertise in

Agile frameworks

such as

Scrum ,

Kanban ,

SAFe , etc. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional

communication ,

facilitation , and

leadership skills

to drive

team performance

and facilitate smooth interactions. Ability to work effectively with

cross-functional teams

across multiple domains. Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Recent experience in the

financial services industry . Previous experience working at

Fidelity Investments (FMR)

with

positive references . Familiarity with the

BFSI sector , including companies like

Charles Schwab ,

Capital One ,

Vanguard , or

Morgan Stanley . Technical Expertise in Platform Modernization: Experience with

major platform modernization projects

or

legacy-to-cloud transitions .
