Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join their team! This position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Duties:
Own and manage the product backlog for the Data and BI Scrum team, ensuring continuous refinement of features and user stories Translate business vision and reporting needs into actionable product roadmaps, epics, and user stories Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, BI developers, report consumers, and solution architects to gather, document, and validate data and reporting requirements Lead conversations to understand analytical needs, propose technical solutions, and prioritize deliverables based on business impact Align reporting and data use cases with existing data architecture and governance frameworks Actively engage in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and PI planning Partner closely with developers, QA, and the Scrum Master to ensure efficient execution and continuous process improvement Review and validate data products for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with acceptance criteria prior to release Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies regularly to stakeholders and leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for backlog prioritization and issue resolution related to data products Desired Skills/Experience:
3+ plus years of experience as a Technical Product Owner 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS Redshift Experience working on Big Data projects, with a solid understanding of data modeling concepts and architecture Ability to effectively collaborate with data architects and engineers Background in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred Familiarity with other technologies such as Hadoop is also acceptable Working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools Benefits:

$45.00

$65.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
