Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to anage all aspects of the area. This includes personnel performance, advanced problem resolution, working with users to solve system issues, working closely with all IT teams. Interface directly with Global Support Teams. Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide temporary and permanent solutions for any issues that arises with equipment or applications. Manage all Helpdesk personnel and provide instruction and training. Work with other business groups on projects and problem resolution. Coordinate or support IT staff for new project implementations or continuous improvement. Identify and suggest possible improvements for IT services and procedures. Ensure compliance with the activities and projects of subordinates. Keep and improve SLA's and KPI's. Perform other duties as assigned. Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT required. Experience:

2-5 years' experience required with Windows Microsoft Office, OS Environment.
