About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Associate Manager that will be responsible for managing access management and provisioning and deprovisioning RACF groups.
In this role, you will:
Establish execution of programs including risk management, vulnerability management, secure software development, and vendor management
Maintain an awareness of the threat landscape companywide and provide security consultation in support of strategic planning and business development
Lead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of business
Develop and lead operational support for the information security programs including identity and access management, incident response and investigations, and disaster recovery and business continuity
Make decisions that move significant opportunity to create advances in information security and efficiency and potential risk companywide
Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Manage a technical operations team
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Interact with board, operating committee, management committee, executive management, and the Operational Risk Committee
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Analysis
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years working with Mainframe z/OS- IBM Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) to include User, Service Account, and Entitlement management, access control, user authentication, auditing and reporting.
1+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in operations management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
4+ years with experience with midrange systems: IBM I operating systems (AS/400, iseries, System I, Power Systems)
4+ years of Identity Access Management experience preferred
2+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
2+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
Basicunderstanding of IAM frameworks, identity governance, and security best practices.
Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms.
Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
Leadership and decision-making for a highly technical team responsible for providing identity and entitlement management, problem resolution, enforcement of security policies/standards/risk controls, implementation of new solutions and technologies, as well as incident management support for systems and applications used by the lines of businesses.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
