This vital role demands a strategic leader with a demonstrated history of building and scaling successful Customer Success organizations, particularly in high-growth SaaS environments. You will be at the forefront of transforming the customer journey, managing a large global team, and aligning the Customer Success strategy with our company's growth, retention, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) objectives.
