Overview:

ASAP is partnering with one of our clients—an established and respected architecture and engineering firm in the Southeast—to find a Healthcare Project Manager/Project Architect for their growing Healthcare Community in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for the technical execution and delivery of high-quality healthcare architecture projects, contributing to a collaborative, multi-office practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project delivery within an established healthcare architecture framework, adhering to project roles, responsibilities, and standardized tools.

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary, multi-office team to deliver innovative and functional healthcare environments.

Apply broad knowledge of architectural principles and healthcare design best practices.

Lead multiple moderate-sized projects or segments of larger projects.

Manage the full lifecycle of projects—from planning and design to construction administration.

Design and detail complete systems or components with an emphasis on healthcare functionality and compliance.

Prepare comprehensive project documents, including specifications and project manuals.

Understand financial, regulatory, and environmental considerations in decision-making.

Utilize Revit Architecture and related design tools proficiently.

Direct and assign tasks to architects, designers, technicians, and administrative staff.

Plan and coordinate project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and officials.

Participate in meetings, client presentations, and project reviews.

Demonstrate leadership in project management, decision-making, time management, and delegation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant architectural experience.

Architectural licensure in Georgia or completion of the NCARB program.

Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Self-motivated team player with good judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Travel:

Occasional travel to project sites may be required. Projects are located nationwide, with active work in more than 30 states.
