Your Role: As our Program Coordinator, you'll be the guiding force behind tailored support plans and community integration. You'll coach staff, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of dignity and respect. Your leadership will help unlock potential and build independence for those we serve. What You'll Be Doing:
Craft and evaluate Individual Support Plans that center on each person's unique goals Lead, train, and inspire direct support staff to deliver person-centered care Coordinate program activities and schedules ensuring seamless support coverage Maintain strong communication with families, guardians, and community partners Uphold all regulatory standards and promote safety and quality Drive opportunities for community inclusion and active engagement Who You Are:
Bring relevant experience or be open to obtaining QDDP (Qualified Development Disabilities Professional) certification. Experienced leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Passionate advocate for safety, dignity, and confidentiality Reliable driver with ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds Ready to learn new certifications like First Aid/CPR, Medication Administration, and Mandt Crisis Intervention (training provided!)
