Required: •Availability to work occasionally at the Client's site in
Miami, FL
(required); •Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field, preferably within a global organization (7+ years); •Experience with IEC-62443 •Experience in supporting different groups, project coordination •Business analytics experience •Experience with Project Deployments •Experience with Risk or governance focused •Experience with international cybersecurity regulations and industry standards such as IMO, IACS, ISM Code, etc. •Experience in supporting the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and strategies. (ISO 62443, NIST) •Experience with cybersecurity compliance technologies and tools. •Project management experience. •Experience in Maritime Industry Operations and OT Systems. •Experience with incident response protocols. •Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: •Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or compliance; •Advanced degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following: •Assist in the development and implementation of global maritime cybersecurity compliance frameworks and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. •Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of compliance risks related to cyber safety across the global fleet. •Ensure adherence to international cybersecurity regulations and industry standards. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and Maritime Technical Operations, to develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures. •Participate in incident response efforts for compliance-related cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery. •Conduct regular cybersecurity audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with established standards. •Assist in the development and delivery of cybersecurity compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
