Overview:Join Destiny Hospice as the Administrator in Woodridge, Illinois, and lead our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. We are seeking an experienced administrator with all required licenses and certifications to oversee our hospice program, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Bring your leadership and dedication to make a meaningful impact in our community!Key Responsibilities:Oversee clinical, administrative, and financial operations of the hospice program.Build their own Hospice operational team.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) standards and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, compassionate care.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs to maintain high standards.Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to support program sustainability and growth.Foster relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.Ensure staff maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.Qualifications:Required Licenses and Certifications:Valid Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License (active and in good standing with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation).2 years of experience operating a Hospice Company.
