We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that the agency's mental health and substance use services adhere to ethical and evidence-based standards while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and accreditations, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties: Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities. Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff, including therapists, counselors, and community psychiatric supportive treatment staff. Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes. Provide direct client services as expected per service, area or location. Clinical Managers participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably with the Director of Behavioral Health and the Chief of Behavioral Health where needed. Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.
