Hold necessary ceremonies to encourage a cadence of accountability and transparency, ensuring development team is holding true to their commitments. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across departments including Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and Field Services to align priorities and ensure consistent delivery. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate integration efforts for off-the-shelf solutions. Work within and across multiple project management frameworks including Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid models, depending on the application and project scope. Continuously evaluate product performance and user satisfaction; adjust the product roadmap based on feedback and evolving priorities. Support change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT. Proven ability to manage both proprietary (custom) and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software applications. Proficient in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project). Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables. Experience facilitating UAT and delivering high-quality user communications. Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Up to 25% travel to major office locations (Sedalia, Missouri and Houston, Texas)
