Key Responsibilities
All tasks to be in JIRA Create insightful dashboards to show dependencies, milestones and progress Manage RAID logs Collaborate with cross functional team Track and Remove Impediments Ensure that the requirements are clearly understood by the team Assist with Release process Coordinate successful migration of code through the SDLC Required Skills
Facilitate Agile ceremonies : Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Remove impediments:
Help the team overcome blockers to maintain productivity. Escalate when necessary. Promote team collaboration : Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. Track team performance : Use metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams. Define project scope and goals : Align deliverables with business objectives. Create and manage project plans : Develop timelines, milestones, and resource plans. Stakeholder communication:
Provide regular updates and manage expectations. Ensure delivery:
