HireNow Staffing is seeking a seasoned and mission-driven
Emergency Department Nurse Manager
to lead a high-performing ED team in one of Las Vegas most respected acute care hospitals. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking RN leader with a strong grasp of clinical operations and a passion for driving quality outcomes in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of Emergency Department operations from team performance and compliance to patient flow and service delivery ensuring a consistently high standard of care around the clock.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As the Emergency Department Nurse Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, clinical oversight, and strategic direction of a 24/7 emergency care unit.
Core Duties:
Lead daily operations
of the Emergency Department, including staffing, resource management, and patient throughput Foster a culture of clinical excellence
through mentorship, coaching, and staff development initiatives Drive compliance
with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations as well as internal policies and accreditation standards Implement data-informed decisions
to improve patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes Collaborate with physicians and senior hospital leaders
to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care delivery Identify and respond to performance gaps
using evidence-based practices and root cause analysis Promote staff engagement and accountability
through open communication and performance reviews What You'll Bring

Minimum Requirements:
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
from an accredited program (Masters preferred but not required) Active RN license in Nevada
(or eligibility for endorsement) 2-5 years of recent Emergency Department experience
in a hospital setting Proven leadership experience , such as Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Charge RN Strong command of clinical standards
and emergency care best practices Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills High emotional intelligence
and ability to remain composed in critical situations Willingness to participate in hospital leadership meetings, on-call rotation, and limited travel What's in It for You
