to lead and mentor its cloud team in establishing an enterprise-wide Azure Cloud Architecture practice: General Requirements

6+ years in Azure Cloud, Cloud Framework & pattern architecture within state government or equivalent. Resource Experience Requirements
5+ years with Azure Cloud, Cloud patterns, Aurora, Elastic Beanstalk, PaaS/IaaS, Cloud DB tech, Ansible, Kubernetes. Expertise in DevOps and operations; ability to critique and mentor. Preferred: experience with Missouri IT systems and large-scale infrastructure projects. Performance Requirements
Design and implement secure, performant, cost-optimized cloud infrastructure. Employ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. Provide architectural planning and hands-on environment setup. Produce and maintain design diagrams, runbooks, configuration standards. Collaborate across security, networking, database, and application teams. Guide on RBAC, tagging strategies, logging/monitoring. Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues. Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 and data-privacy regulations. Submit weekly status reports covering work done, deliverables, risks, and next week's priorities. Deliverables Monthly Status Report at month's end (Sept '25 - Aug '26; 12 total), detailing work completed, planned work, and issues. Each report approved via the Project Deliverable Acceptance Form (PDAF) by ITSD Resource Manager. Submittal Requirement

Exhibit B - Personnel Qualifications & Biographies: Resumes (≤ 2 Working Team members). Exhibit C - Relevant Company History & Experience: One case study matching SOW scope. Exhibit D - Participation Commitment: MBE/WBE/Blind/Sheltered/SDVE details, if applicable. WBS diagram. Testing & validation approach. Security & compliance plan. Resumes for Proposed Resource(s): One (1) Senior Azure Cloud Architect showing &Client; 6 years of required experience. Licensing Confirmation: Proof of required development tools/licenses.
