SOW
The Vendor shall provide one or more experienced Data Architect resource(s) to guide OA-ITSD's Office of Data and Analytics in designing, implementing, and managing the State's data architecture. Key responsibilities include:
Defining, documenting, and delivering architectural diagrams for cloud-based data repositories (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and hybrid environments Designing, implementing, and documenting data models, database structures, ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, data lakehouses, and cloud data warehouses Establishing data governance policies and standards to ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality (including MDM, data cataloging, metadata, and data lineage) Developing strategies for data storage, backup, and recovery Collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders to optimize data flow and accessibility ssessing and recommending new data technologies (ServiceNow, AWS, OCI, GCP, Azure) for planning and implementation Delivering monthly status reports and weekly status updates using the ITSD Status Report template On-site presence at least 2 days per month (10% on-site) in Jefferson City, MO Submittal Requirement
