Hansen Talent Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional to join our team as a
Senior Systems Support Administrator . In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise applications while driving improvements to processes and systems. What you'll do:
Provide production and system support for enterprise applications, batch cycles, releases, and installations. Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure environments are stable and secure. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents and support enhancements. Participate in implementations, upgrades, disaster recovery exercises, and process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate system documentation and contribute to automation of release and support processes. Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in application/system support, IT operations, or a related role. Strong knowledge of database management, data storage, and structured programming techniques. Experience with production system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
