Fujitsu is experiencing rapid expansion in our SaaS ServiceNow practice, and we seek an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer/Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SAM solutions, contributing significantly to the optimization of software asset management for our diverse client base.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about IT Asset Management, particularly SAM. You will collaborate with senior architects and consultants, managing end-to-end ServiceNow engagements and building solutions tailored to client-specific needs.
Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management. Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement effective solutions that meet client requirements. Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications for performance and scalability. Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions seamlessly with other enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring efficient and effective asset management processes. Troubleshoot complex issues within the ServiceNow SAM modules and deliver timely resolutions to maintain high service standards. Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in ServiceNow development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Develop integrations with other business systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the ServiceNow environment. Contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNow. Qualifications
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience Familiarity with configuration of SAM processes and end to end lifecyle, SCCM, Software Asset Workspaces, Software Spend Detection, etc. Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro module. Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITAM, SAM and custom apps. Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements. Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping including set-up of MID servers. Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API) Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems. At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations in the role of a consultant/ Developer Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages Excellent written and oral communication skills. ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must and preferred in ITAM and SAM Product lines ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
