Job Description:
Certification: PMI certification (PMP or PgMP) is required. Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Proficiency in project management tools and software Experience : 6-10 years
Responsibilities : • Program Leadership: Lead and manage complex programs across digital, storage, and e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement. • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and optimal resource utilization. • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations
