Job Description :

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- Salesforce CRM Lead in Asset Management requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to effectively manage and optimize the Salesforce platform for asset management processes.

Min. 7 years Salesforce/Force.com development experience and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Flow/Automation, Triggers, SOQL, Apex, Visualforce, Experience Cloud, Integration with third-party applications/tools, and additional Salesforce technologies. Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and development methodologies. Salesforce for Asset Management features like Asset tracking, Maintenance scheduling, Inventory Management, Asset hierarchies and Integration with field service modules. Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights, identify trends and inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with the unique CRM needs and best practices within the asset or wealth management industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in refining requirements and designing Salesforce solutions. Implement Salesforce configurations and customizations. Participate in system/release testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. Contribute to code deployments and version control processes. Support bug investigation and resolution. Work closely with senior developers to understand best practices and coding standards in Salesforce development. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and methodologies and apply them effectively in development. Assist in documenting technical specifications and solutions, including the integration of various Salesforce technologies
