As our Vice President of Engineering, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers in designing, building, and scaling the company’s multi-product platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, scalable solutions to enterprise customers. Represent Engineering.
Communicate priorities and risks effectively to teams and customers, translating technical details into business value.
Lead our forward-deployed motion.
Manage customer projects and develop playbooks for API collaborations.

About the Team What we’re not: Building a CRUD app: We develop a platform based on deep technology investments, not simple software assembly.
A GPT wrapper: Mortgage problems require precision and diverse tools beyond just language models.
An easy job: We build from the ground up, often facing difficult tasks that may require failure and teamwork.
What we are: A small, versatile team that values individual initiative and maintainability.
Operating in a regulated space, moving fast but carefully to avoid breaking regulations.
