The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the prospecting process, conducting in-depth market research, and executing outbound marketing strategies to support the firm's growth. This role involves maintaining a dynamic sales pipeline, driving operational excellence, and creating customized presentations to attract external investment. The individual will also be expected to manage inbound inquiries, with a strong focus on client service and relationship management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background, at least 10 years' of capital raising experience in an asset management firm, and a preference for those with prior experience in equity-based strategies. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent analytical ability, and a network of relationships in family offices, RIAs, broker-dealers, and wire houses. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and implementing process-driven improvements, and will be instrumental in broadening the firm's investor network.
