Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive market research and execute outbound marketing strategies to support product innovation, investor engagement, and client service initiatives. Lead the end-to-end prospecting process, maintaining a robust and dynamic sales pipeline to ensure a steady stream of business opportunities. Drive operational excellence across the organization, including trading functions, by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process-driven improvements. Create customized use cases and persuasive presentations to attract external investment and broaden the firm's investor network. Manage and respond to inbound inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and nurturing long-term relationships. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required with strong academic credentials 10+ years of capital raising experience in an asset management firm Prior Experience with equity-based strategies preferred Relationships in family offices, RIAs, broker-dealers, and wire houses Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required, with excellent analytical ability
