Practice Coordinator . *** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship *** ********************************************************************* *** Duration: 15 weeks contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role Notes: Work schedule: Mon – Fri, 08:00am – 04:30pm or 08:30am – 05:00pm. Description: Job duties: back-office, referral creation, record gathering, scheduling, and answering inbound calls from referring provider offices and patients. Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 30 - 70. Qualifications: Looking for candidates who have completed Apex training at company. Only considering candidates that have worked in the past at company prior in a Front Desk, Back Office, Practice Coordinator, or Admin position.
