Role Description:
1 Lead large scale AEM implementation projects2 Prepare detailed technical design for various templates, components as well as services layer3 Effectively communicate architecture and design to clients and rest of the development team4 Direct technical teams in developing client solutions5 Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of variable factors6 Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals7 Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

Essential Skills:
Adobe AEM 6.5 aaCS (Cloud as a Service)• Exposure to Integration of APIs or Adobe Experience Cloud Products with AEM like Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, DTM• AEM aacs, AEM 6.5x , HTML, CSS, JS scripts, Integrations• Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, Jquery and JSON web technologies.• Integration with Web Services -SOAP, REST• Architecting Experience in AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud with all deployment architecture especially CI/CD Cloud Manager, etc• Good Knowledge in Migrating Legacy CMS ( Wordpress) to AEM• Experience in Integrating Accessibility Configuration with 'EqualWeb' pluginMust-Have** Certified Adobe AEM Technical Lead• Good knowledge of AEM 6.x Architecture and changes in the new platform including migration and upgrade process. • Implementation knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and migration experience from AEM on-prem / AMS to AEMaaCS • Should have knowledge of Oak architecture and Oak queries. • Should extensive knowledge of Sling framework at architecture level and to do customization on top of them • Should have knowledge of integrating version control with Adobe AEM and creation of Maven deployment scripts • Should have knowledge of AEM administration and configurations • Extensive experience in the integrations - Eloqua, eCommerce, Coveo search and other touch points• Should have knowledge on Adobe AEM deployment options in on-premises and cloud. • Work with Project teams/Tech Lead/Developers in defining application architectures and implementation to ensure adherence to business requirements, technology standards, best practices, business strategies • Experience with Agile/Scrum Project Implementation• Good communication, Team work and customer Interaction skills• Experience with AEM/DAM Upgrades and Migrations• Designing and Managing end to end MSM Sites. • Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features.• Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environments• Good Experience in AEM Application Design Documentations.• Technically Lead Front-End and Back-End Technology team of AEM Projects• Onsite and Offshore team coordination with client
