Overview:
Tech Solutions is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our team. This part-time position is primarily remote, with on-site field work up to twice a week or as needed within a 50-mile radius of Long Beach. You will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, client support, and occasional hands-on technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide remote Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking • Perform on-site support and installations at client locations (typically 1-2 times per week) • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues • Install and configure IT equipment for clients • Maintain documentation through our ticketing system • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Requirements: • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., desktops, small printers) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel to client work sites • Must reside in or near Long Beach, California • Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills • Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus.

Part-Time (30 hours per week)
