Title: Direct Support Professional (working 1:1 with an individual)
Compensation: $16.50-$17.00 depending on the individual.
Schedule: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
*We request you have the availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
In this role you will be making a difference by:
Supporting individuals with daily needs, goals, and activities
Assisting with personal cares as needed
Administering medications
Transporting individuals to community events using your personal vehicle
Serving individuals with high and low behaviors
To be considered for a position with us, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
Hold an acceptable driving record
Provide constant supervision
Possess strong English communication skills
Participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
Be able to pass a criminal background check
All full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, $20 monthly cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, etc.
