We are looking for
Program Manager
to our Global ERP Development & Implementation team in De Soto.
Digitalization is a cornerstone of our strategy, enabling us to drive our ambitions in growth, productivity, and sustainability. The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity-all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the North America ERP rollout program management office, ensuring alignment with business objectives and parallel initiatives. Develop and manage project plans, timelines and resources across multiple regions and countries. Manage cross-functional internal and external teams, e.g. global, local business, solution delivery to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor program progress and performance metrics; implement corrective actions as necessary Identify and mitigate project risks. Communicate project status to senior stakeholders - escalate when appropriate. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, team members and leadership. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and executives. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP program and project management Proven ability to manage complex global programs. Strong understanding of ERP implementations and project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken)
To succeed in this role you must be comfortable working with senior leaders in a fast paced, customer-centric environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
