About the position

As the Used Car Buying Center Manager, you will ensure that customers experience The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™ by overseeing and developing the inventory acquisition staff. You'll manage the buying process online or in-store, and grow the inventory through private party purchases and wholesale auction purchases. We will build a regional buying center purchasing vehicles from all over the country. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Buying Center Manager and the customer!

growth, service, and results Train, coach, and motivate a team of

Vehicle Buyers

to meet purchase targets and customer satisfaction goals Appraise vehicles accurately and efficiently using internal tools and market data Build relationships with sellers and ensure they receive a

fair, transparent, and positive selling experience Collaborate with the Retail and Service teams to ensure smooth reconditioning and retail readiness Manage inventory flow, monitor KPIs, and report on buying performance Represent HoneyCar's values and mission in the Roanoke market What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in

automotive buying, inventory management, or sales Strong understanding of vehicle valuation, market pricing, and wholesale/retail dynamics A performance mindset with the ability to

hit goals and inspire a team Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Familiarity with CRMs, appraisal tools, and automotive systems (CDK experience a plus) A desire to build something, grow a team, and make an impact! Schedule

Day shift 5 Day work week Off Sundays
