Assembly Technician , you will play a key role in building high-quality HVAC systems by assembling mechanical and electrical components according to specifications. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled with tools and technical drawings.

Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate:

$18.00-$20.00/hour

Assembly Technician Responsibilities: Assemble HVAC units and subcomponents (mechanical and electrical) according to production drawings, schematics, and work instructions Install and adjust components such as fans, motors, coils, circuit boards, and control panels with precision and care Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure assembly accuracy and adherence to engineering standards Report defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the production supervisor immediately Use a variety of hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers, soldering irons, torque wrenches, and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, rulers) Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and goals Follow standard operating procedures and participate in training or continuous improvement initiatives as needed Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the production supervisor or team lead Assembly Technician Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings, work instructions, and schematics Proficient in the use of hand tools and basic electrical or mechanical assembly tools Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work with small parts Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Assembly Technician Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; practical experience is valued over formal education 1+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or automotive assembly is a strong plus Assembly Technician Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moderate noise, machinery, and HVAC components Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or move for extended periods of time Assembly Technician
