What You'll Do
Build and mentor a high-performing clinical team Drive quality outcomes through clinical expertise and leadership Develop systems that elevate patient experience and staff satisfaction Implement improvements without endless approval chains Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation
What You'll Need
2+ years hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred) 2+ years supervisory experience Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited institution Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Experience with EHR systems, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and leadership skills
