As our Inpatient Manager, you'll partner directly with our CNO to create an environment where clinical excellence meets operational innovation. This isn't about maintaining the status quo it's about defining it. Strong clinical foundation with 2+ years of hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred) Leadership capability demonstrated through 2+ years in supervisory roles Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Demonstrated proficiency in:
Clinical assessment and critical thinking Management of multiple patient assignments Medication administration and documentation IV therapy and wound care management EHR systems and healthcare technology Staff scheduling and resource allocation Regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS, state requirements) Quality improvement methodologies
