Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician Familiarity with networking systems and protocols. Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer. Technical Support Rep duties:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate. Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Perform user administration duties.
