We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst to support a large-scale Epic integration project within a major healthcare organization. This role will focus on Cadence and Prelude modules, supporting critical workflows during integration efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise healthcare environments, deep understanding of Epic scheduling and registration systems, and proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced project setting. Must Haves:
• Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications required (must be current).
• Minimum 8 years of experience working with Epic in large, complex healthcare environments.
• Strong expertise in scheduling and registration workflows.
• Ability to analyze requirements, create functional designs, and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinical and technical stakeholders effectively.
Nice to Haves:
• Experience with Epic integration projects, especially involving multiple entities or organizations.
• Prior work with healthcare organizations undergoing large-scale system consolidations or acquisitions. Familiarity with additional Epic modules or certifications is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert-level analysis, configuration, and support for Epic Cadence and Prelude modules.
• Collaborate with project leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.
• Participate in workflow design sessions, build activities, and system integration tasks.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Cadence/Prelude functionality.
• Prepare documentation, configuration details, and assist in end-user training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.
