Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

SailPoint Developer

to join our team and drive

identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions . This role focuses on

SailPoint IdentityIQ development , integration, and security enhancements to ensure robust access management across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and deploy

SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions

to enhance security and access management. Implement and maintain

identity lifecycle management ,

role-based access control (RBAC) , and compliance requirements. Design and integrate connectors for

LDAP, Active Directory, cloud applications, and third-party systems . Develop custom workflows, provisioning rules, and automation scripts. Perform

access certifications, policy enforcement, and audit reporting

to ensure security compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve

IAM-related issues , ensuring minimal downtime and secure operations. Collaborate with

cybersecurity, IT, and compliance teams

to align identity governance with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience

in

SailPoint IdentityIQ development and administration . Strong knowledge of

Java, Beanshell, and XML

for customization. Hands-on experience integrating

Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity providers . Experience in

access management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, PCI-DSS) . Knowledge of

REST APIs, SQL databases, and workflow automation . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with

IAM best practices . Preferred Qualifications:

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer

certification. Experience in

cloud-based IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta) . Knowledge of

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

integration. Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments .
