Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assemble industrial enclosures and components following detailed work instructions Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and overhead cranes Modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and product quality Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional duties and overtime as needed Why You'll Love This Role

What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks such as bending, standing, and squatting for extended periods Familiarity with safe operation of hand and light power tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive, safety-first attitude
Preferred:
Forklift certification or willingness to train and certify
