Overview: We're seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
to support client's HCM transformation. This fully remote role focuses on
Oracle Cloud Core HR , including
Redwood UI ,
Journeys , and transactional workflows. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to configure, enhance, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business requirements gathering and solution design sessions Perform hands-on configuration of
Oracle Cloud Core HR Configure and optimize
Redwood ,
Journeys , and
transactional workflows Drive
testing, training, CRPs , and
UAT sessions Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and customizations Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
6+ years
of hands-on experience with
Oracle Cloud HCM Core
configuration and implementation Expertise in
Oracle Redwood UI
and
Oracle Journeys Experience leading HCM implementation phases: fit-gap, testing, training, deployment Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency with
SQL
or
Advanced Excel Bachelor's degree in a related field (required) Must be able to work without current or future sponsorship
