Position Overview:
We are seeking an Project Manager with expertise in the solar industry to lead the successful execution of large-scale solar project. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, project revenue, managing project teams, and ensuring that all construction meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar project management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Accurately forecast project revenue and costs to align with corporate profitability goals. Lead the execution of solar projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Maintain effective job controls, including tracking quantities, costs, revenue, and schedules. Build and sustain strong relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, and inspectors, delivering excellent customer service to foster long-term client partnerships. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Conduct regular daily team meetings to review project status and address any challenges. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize project expenditures. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure installation meet industry standards. Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders. Qualifications:
Project Management Experience on large utility-scale solar construction Bachelors degree in Civil, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field. Strong knowledge of solar technologies, construction processes, and industry best practices. In-depth understanding of legal regulations and OSHA safety standards. Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions. Benefits:
