Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious
Assembler
to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing precise quality checks, operating and setting up machinery, and maintaining accurate production records while supporting a collaborative and improvement-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Perform meticulous quality inspections according to established guidelines to ensure compliance with specifications and uphold product integrity. Report production disruptions or deviations to the Manufacturing Group Leader for immediate resolution and minimal downtime. Operate all machinery, tools, and equipment within the manufacturing group in strict adherence to safety and quality instructions. Set up or adjust equipment based on manufacturing specifications to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor production output continuously, identifying defective products and taking corrective action such as discarding or remanufacturing. Use basic computer skills to access digital work instructions, log test results, and manage records effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of daily production activities for performance analysis and process improvements. Uphold safety, security, and environmental standards while contributing to a team-oriented culture focused on shared goals and continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements:
