We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. The position is based out of our New York City office located near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. We have an in-office policy of 2 days per week.

HR Coordinator Description

As our HR Coordinator, you'll report directly to the VP of People & Culture and work closely with our HR Generalist to support all areas of the People function. You'll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and retain great talent, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities

Team & Role Support

Partner with the VP of People & Culture and HR Generalist to support initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion. Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth People operations. Assist with light office management duties, including ordering supplies, keeping the office well stocked with snacks and beverages, and helping maintain a welcoming and comfortable workspace. Recruitment

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and departments. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) from initial contact through to hire. Assist in reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial phone screens for entry-level and early-career roles. Employee Experience

Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for employee questions related to People policies, benefits, and programs. Help design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences to set new hires up for success. Support company culture and engagement initiatives, including employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee and company information. Partner with the People team to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of the employee experience. General People Operations

Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. Provide backup coverage for the HR Generalist as needed. Contribute ideas to improve People processes and enhance the employee experience. HR Coordinator Skills and Experience

1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally with exposure to HR or People operations. Experience with recruitment coordination, sourcing, and candidate outreach. General knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and policies. Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building relationships and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Benefits
