Job Summary:

With the continued growth of the Texas market and the increasing volume of new assets-through both acquisitions and purchases-we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Asset Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas. This position is critical in supporting the intake, tracking, and deployment readiness of all assets within Texas and throughout the US. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless asset transitions, accurate documentation, and provide logistical support for major operational deployments.

$50,000 to $60,000

Disaster Preparedness Officer / Regional Operations Manager

Travel Requirement:

Yes - Deployable as needed

Responsibilities: Asset Intake & Inspection : Receive and inspect all incoming assets (new or acquired) upon arrival to Texas-based facilities or deployment zones. Asset Tracking & Documentation : Maintain detailed records of all assets, including location, condition, and assignments using internal systems (e.g., Master Tracker, MX, GPS/barcode systems). Deployment Support : Serve as a deployable resource for asset setup, tracking, and logistical support during major project mobilizations across Texas and surrounding regions. Data Accuracy & Reporting : Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure all asset data is up-to-date, reliable, and accurately reflected across systems. Coordination with Other Teams : Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Procurement to ensure efficient asset deployment and availability. Compliance & Readiness : Ensure all assets meet safety, compliance, and readiness standards before being deployed or assigned. Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficient with spreadsheets and asset management systems Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Willingness and ability to travel and be deployed as needed Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus Prior experience in asset coordination, logistics, or operations support preferred Experience with trailer or equipment maintenance processes preferred Familiarity with GPS/barcoding systems and tracking software preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail Benefits:
