Description: • This role is part of a dynamic development team focused on building and maintaining robust software applications. • The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in software engineering and is eager to broaden their scope of responsibilities. • You'll engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, contributing to team collaboration, quality assurance, and innovation in technology practices.
Required Skills: • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with consistent delivery of reliable and scalable solutions. • Proficiency in one or more widely-used programming languages. • Strong grasp of software architecture principles and common design patterns. • Familiarity with source control systems and iterative development methodologies. • Understanding of database technologies and data access frameworks. • Effective communicator with excellent collaboration and problem-solving capabilities. • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment and an eagerness to explore new tools and methods.
Desired Skills: • Prior experience mentoring junior team members or contributing to a team-oriented learning environment. • Exposure to system reliability improvements and root-cause troubleshooting. • Involvement in quality assurance efforts or code quality initiatives.
Compensation: Pay Range: $73500K-$105000K
