ServiceNow Frontend Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer who is also a Subject Matter Expert in UX Design. This hybrid role demands deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and a strong grasp of user-centered design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. ServiceNow Development
Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, portals, and workflows. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM. Integrate REST APIs and external systems with ServiceNow. Develop reusable widgets and components using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security. UX Design Leadership
Lead UX strategy for ServiceNow interfaces, including Service Portals and Workspaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to optimize user journeys. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508). SME & Collaboration
Serve as a technical and design SME across cross-functional teams. Mentor junior developers and designers on ServiceNow and UX best practices. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into elegant solutions. Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow UX trends and innovations. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, UX Design, or related field. 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within ServiceNow. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer. Strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Service Portal framework. Salary: The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
