OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Content & Segmentation Data Analyst at The Institute within MagMutual, you will play a pivotal role in our data analysis initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass building and maintaining policyholder segmentation models, content distribution support, constructing marketing cloud journeys to distribute our advice content, and evaluating customer engagement and impact metrics. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, ultimately delivering actionable insights that steer advice dissemination and shape content distribution strategies. You will also be responsible for maximizing the smart and ethical use of AI in all tasks to drive efficiency, personalization, and data-driven decision-making. Specific Duties:

Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for content distribution optimization and impact measurement. Distribution Support: Work closely with the Advice Team to support and maintain the dissemination of content through Marketing Cloud journeys, email distribution, surveys, content publication, presentation and course design, CME accreditation, and other related tasks. Customer Segmentation: Build and analyze customer segmentation models using demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to enhance targeting and personalization efforts. Support data quality initiatives related to segmentation. Impact Measurement: Evaluate the impact of advice content by measuring engagement metrics and outcomes, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs. Reporting: Create and maintain regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track the performance of content distribution initiatives, segmentation strategies, and content impact measurement. A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the impact of content distribution changes and segmentation adjustments, providing actionable insights. Data Visualization: Present data-driven insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders through clear data visualizations and reports. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes. Qualifications, Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in data analysis, content distribution, customer segmentation, and impact measurement. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel and SQL. High technical aptitude and the ability to navigate platforms requiring the use of HTML, SQL, Python, and other code-based tools. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce Analytics). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical team members. Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is preferred. Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus. Operates autonomously, is highly organized and process-minded, with a flexible, "figure it out" attitude.
