Your Mission Be the first analyst in our AI Transformation Team. You'll uncover manual pain-points, design data-driven solutions, validate Large-Language-Model (LLM) accuracy, and coach teams-fueling3-4 new bots every month.
What You'll Own
Process Sleuthing - shadow teams, build current-state maps, size hours & error impact. Requirements & Risk - translate findings into functional specs and governance checklists. Testing & Quality - craft prompt-variation testing, regression suites, and drift alerts. Analytics - stand-up quick dashboards (SQL/Snowflake, Sheets, Looker Studio). Enablement - launch SOPs, Loom walk-throughs, and live Q&A; report adoption & ROI. Who You Are
3-5 yrs in business analysis, QA, or ops-automation-preferably in e-commerce or CX. Comfortable with SQL, Sheets/Excel, and light Python for data prep. Hands-on designing or testing LLM prompts (OpenAI, Claude, etc.). Storyteller & teacher-can switch from API talk to layman's terms effortlessly. Bonus: Lean/Six Sigma belt, experience in beauty or retail operations. Our Team
