What is Required (Qualifications): - Experience with prompt engineering, LLM interaction design, or conversational UX - Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom LLM applications - Proven experience in business process reengineering and transformation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) - Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools - Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SQL - Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint/MS365, Power Platform, and Automation Anywhere
