What You'll Do

We're seeking a driven and strategic Sales Project Manager for our Houston branch. In this role, you'll be the face of Western - building strong relationships with customers, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. From prospecting and client engagement to project oversight, you'll manage the full sales cycle while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and with top-tier quality. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and is able to close deals that turn into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support branch growth and revenue goals

Proactively engage architects, engineers, general contractors, and building owners to promote Western's services

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and industry partners to foster long-term business

Provide pr

Oversee awarded projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met

Work closely with field teams to align labor, resources, and schedules with project needs and client expectations

Communicate project updates, manage change and change orders, and ensure client satisfaction throughout

Prepare billing and support collection efforts as needed

Represent Western at industry functions, networking events, and professional associations to increase visibility and brand awareness

Requirements

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years of experience in commercial construction

Demonstrated success in business development, sales , and closing sales

A customer-first mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

What Will Make You Stand Out

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience in concrete, waterproofing, and/or masonry

Strong network within the local construction and property management community
