Position Description
General Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Program Manager
to lead and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) programs within our construction engineering division. This role will be responsible for managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across their full lifecycle - from conceptual design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of construction engineering practices, EPC contract execution, project controls, and team leadership across internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale EPC programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate and oversee engineering design, procurement, and construction activities across multiple projects and teams. Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics. Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout all phases of program delivery. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Lead internal and external program reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations. Provide strategic input on procurement strategies, resource planning, and vendor performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across all EPC program functions. Position Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience managing multiple large-capital projects simultaneously. Familiarity with permitting, environmental compliance, and QA/QC procedures. Knowledge of risk management and cost control strategies in an EPC setting. Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and client relationship management Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in EPC project/program management or construction engineering, with proven leadership in managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. Strong understanding of construction management principles, engineering standards, and contract management (EPC, DB, DBB). PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) and financial tracking tools

Working Hours:
Normally, a full-time employee will work 40 hours per week, depending on the factors such as weather and schedules. Work schedules and hours may vary depending on specific client locations and projects. In general, applicable work schedules include 5-8's and 4-10's. All labor laws in reference to rest breaks and meal periods will be followed.
