WHO WE ARE: Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.

WHAT WE DO: We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

DTI is bidding on this work along with our client. Work scheduled to begin in September.

We are seeking an experienced

Reports Developer

for a 6 week contract supporting HUD reporting requirements for the

Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)

for the

State of Massachusetts . The ideal candidate must have prior a deep understanding of

HUD-mandated reports

(e.g., APR, CAPER, SPMs, LSA).

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and validate reports in alignment with HUD HMIS specifications Extract, clean, and analyze HMIS data to generate accurate, actionable reports Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and on-time delivery Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams Requirements:

Direct experience working with Massachusetts state agencies on HMIS/HUD reporting Strong knowledge of HUD data standards, reporting logic, and data quality metrics Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and report development Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines

Pay rate: $110-$115hr depending on experience
