Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll & HCM Practice.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement two system integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange between platforms. The integration method (whether Boomi, native API, or another fit-for-purpose solution) will be selected based on cost-effectiveness, scalability, and technical alignment with Clients infrastructure.
Planned Integrations: to be determined with Lyric Responsibilities include:
Evaluating and selecting the most suitable integration method (Boomi, native API, or another middleware solution). Data mapping and validation to support accuracy across systems. Testing and approval checkpoints to verify data integrity and workflow functionality. 30-day post-go-live support to monitor, troubleshoot, and refine integrations as needed.
Requirements: Complete two month Lyric Training prior to implementation
Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity early to mid July 2025 with an initial duration through October 2026
